- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I visited this branch recently. I wasn't greeted upon entering nor was I assisted in any way. 10-15 minutes after I'm left standing around, a white woman comes through the door & is given Hello! Welcome to SunTrust!! Needless to say, I'm done banking at this location. I did make a complaint via phone SunTrust Customer service. The complaint was followed up with a phone call from someone over the bank as well as the branch manager. Regardless, I'm still done with this particular location.By B Relentless, March 23, 2018
