  Please do not send your kid(s) here. They displayed a TOTAL LACK of supervision, neglect, lack of professionalism, and disorganization! Mr. Troy is disrespectful and is a danger to children! I informed Mr. Troy of my sons missing fidget spinner Friday morning (7-14-17). I came to him calm, and respectful, and caring. He began to get upset and started asking the kids had they seen it. After some kids said another boy had it Mr. Troy began to get more upset and started YELLING at ALL the kids and telling them to go dump out their cubbies and book bags in the back. He said that they better hurry up because he didn't want to be spending his whole morning looking for a "stupid fidget spinner". I told Mr. Troy "Hey it's fine, it is just a fidget spinner and you guys don't have to find it. I just wanted to bring it to your attention and see if you may have known about it, or where it was". He then said "Well I don't ever see anything, I don't know what's going on, the only time I know what's going on is when the parents come in here and tell me". I was completely shocked by his statement. How can you be responsible for my child and make a statement like that. At that point I wanted to take my child with me and leave. But because of no other options for camp or childcare I had to leave my son there and head to work. I completely regret allowing my son to attend this establishment. When I went back to pick my son up he told me that a lot of the kids had BULLIED him that day. And that they were hitting him with the pads and mats over and over agin all day long during different times of free play. I was VERY HURT to hear about this. When I asked my son did any of the adults see this he told me "no they were not paying attention and never did anything". In addition to this whole issue. When I went to pick my son up that same day I asked him where his uniform was? And then my son told me he had never received it. I had my son in that camp for 2 WEEKS and they never even gave him the uniform I paid for!!! When I asked Mr. Troy about the uniform he said "oh he never received it" and I said "no". He said "we'll let me get it for him". I said "no it's ok, I would just like my money back since I won't be bringing my son back" that's when he got angry again and said "Well I wasn't going to let him come back anyway, and I don't do refunds, so you can either take the uniform or not." MR. TROY is NOT A BUSINESS MAN and acts like a complete unprofessional when it comes to addressing a parents concerns. I felt like I was dealing with a 5 year old child having a temper-tantrum. If I could give ZERO STARS I would. If your sending your kid(s) here your doing your family a disservice. I hold Mr. Troy Barnes, Mrs. Satoko Barnes, and Ms. Sandy Taylor all accountable for the neglect that happened to my son and I will be filing a suit in small claims court of Henry Co. Georgia. Please beware!!!
